1. Review the available options on our pricing page. 
2. Sign in to webmail using your email address and password OR Sign in using a one-time code.
   Once signed in select the app selector (top left of screen), then select My Account. OR 
   
   
   
   
3. Select monthly or yearly, then select your new plan. (How much storage do I need?)
   
   
   
   
4. Select your payment method, complete all details as shown on screen, then select the pay now option.
   

   Your payment method will be charged immediately. Your start date will either be 15 September 2024 or when your current subscription ends (whichever is the later.)

   Direct debits may take 3 business days to process.

   
   
   
   
5. Once processed, you will see a successful payment message.
   
   

Notes:

• This screenshot shows a typical view for sponsored email customers (customers who did not previously pay for their email services) whose sponsorship period ends on 15 September 2024.
• Paid email customers (customers who previously paid for their email service), would see a "First-time renewal" or "Legacy" plan and their old renewal date (not an "Email Account" plan with an end date of 15 September 2024).
