This article provides instructions on how to setup email using the email client: Mail on a Windows device.
Instructions may vary depending on the device and version of the email client you are using.

Signing in to mail for the first time
Prerequisites
- Email Address
- Email Password
- Open the Mail application.
- Select Add account
- Select Other account
- Enter your email address in the Email address field
- Enter your name in the Send your messages using this name field
- Enter your password in the Password field
- Select Sign In
- Select Done
Signing in if you have used the mail app before
Prerequisites
- Email Address
- Email Password
- Open the Mail application.
- Select Settings
- Select Manage Accounts
- Select Add account
- Select Other account
- Enter your email address in the Email address field
- Enter your name in the Send your messages using this name field
- Enter your password in the Password field
- Select Sign In
- Select Done
