Reporting spam using Webmail will depend if your email account has been transferred (migrated) to The Messaging Company.

For migrated customers

Non-migrated email accounts
Instructions will vary depending on the version of Webmail you are using, below is a guide only.
- Select the spam email message
- Select the drop down menu to the right of the email message
- Select Forward Attachment or Forward as an Attachment
- In the To: field enter isspam@abuse.themessaging.co
- Select Send Email or Send
