This article will provide the steps to locate and set the mail server settings. 

Note as your device or email client may be using a different version than that used in this article, the steps or words may be slightly different than presented below.

1. After opening the Mail application, select the Mail menu
   
   
   
   
2. Select Preferences...
   
   
   
   
3. Select your email account on the left, then select Server Settings
   
   
   
   
4. Set the Incoming Mail Server (IMAP) settings:
   1. Uncheck and make sure that sure that "Automatically manage connection settings" is NOT selected
   2. User Name: Enter your full email address
   3. Password: Enter your password
   4. Host Name: imap.themessagingco.com.au
   5. Port: 993 and ensure that TLS/SSL is selected
   6. Authentication: Password
5. Set the Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) settings
   
   1. Uncheck and make sure that sure that "Automatically manage connection settings" is NOT selected
   2. User Name: Enter your full email address
   3. Password: Enter your password
   4. Host Name: smtp.themessagingco.com.au
   5. Port: 587 and ensure that TLS/SSL is selected
   6. Authentication: Password
