Identities & signatures allows you to set up two different items:

Identities
- Customise or modify how your name is displayed when sending emails
- If you have an existing alias, you can add this as another identity so you can send email using your alias email address

Signature
- Set up a custom signature, this will appear on every email you send
This article will show how to customise your identity and signature and also on this page show the steps to set up a second identity (alias).
Customise identity and signature

Sign in to webmail and select the app selector (top left of screen), then select Settings
- Select Mail
- Scroll down to Identities & signatures, then select Edit
- Update Your name. This is how it will be displayed when you email someone
- In the Signature box, enter how you would like your signature to be presented on each email, then select OK
Setup a second identity (alias)
Prerequisites
To set up a second identity you must already have an alias email address linked to your primary account.

Adding new aliases is not available at this time, we only support existing aliases.

Sign in to webmail and select the app selector (top left of screen), then select Settings
- Select Mail
- Scroll down to Identities & signatures, then select NEW
- Update Your name. This is how it will be displayed when you email someone
- In the Email field, enter in your alias email address.
- In the Signature box, enter how you would like your signature to be presented on each email, then select OK
