If you have received an offer to sign-up to The Messaging Company and you do not know your current password, you may be able to start the process by obtaining a one-time code.
Note: If this option is not displayed on the sign-up page, then it is not available for your sign-up offer.
Prerequisites
You must have access to email in another application for the one-time code option to work.
You will not be able to use this option if you do not have access to email in other another email application. To reset your password please contact your current email provider: Reset password - New sign-ups

- From the sign-up page, select Sign in another way
- Enter the email address you are trying to access, then select SEND ONE-TIME CODE
- You will receive an email sent from noreply@themessaging.co with the one-time code similar to the example below
