This article will provide the steps to locate the mail server settings. 

Note as your device or email client may be using a different version than that used in this article, the steps or words may be slightly different than presented below. The example below is using an Apple iPhone, similar instructions apply to Android devices.

1. From the home screen, open Outlook
   
   
   
   
2. Select your profile (top left)
   
   
   
   
3. Select Settings (gear icon)
   
   
   
   
4. Select your Email Account
   
   
   
   
5. Select Edit Log-in Information
   
   
   
   
6. Select Use Advanced Settings
   
   
   
   
7. The Incoming mail server and Outgoing mail server information is displayed
