You can adjust how you would like emails to be shown in Webmail:

1) Conversation view (threaded emails) OR

2) Individual emails

To change the conversation view setting:

1. Select the app selector  (top left of Webmail).
2. Select Settings
   
   
   
   
3. Select Mail
   
   
   
   
4. Toggle the Conversation view - Toggle to enable/disable email threads in your mailboxes to suit your preference
