Delete a contact / delete multiple contacts

You can delete contacts either one at a time or multiple contacts at once.

Warning
Use caution when deleting contacts, this cannot be undone. If you delete a contact in error, you will need to manually re-add the contact

Delete a single contact

Select the app selector (top left of Webmail)
Select Contacts
Find and then Select the contact you wish to delete
Select the vertical ellipsis (top right of screen)
Select Delete
Select OK
The contact has now been deleted and confirmation is shown at the bottom of screen

Delete multiple contacts

Select the app selector (top left of Webmail)
Select Contacts
Select the Checkbox next to the contacts you wish to delete
Select the trash bin icon (top right of screen)
Select OK
The selected contacts have now been deleted and confirmation is shown at the bottom of screen
