If you believe an email has incorrectly been flagged as spam and delivered to your spam folder, you can help our systems learn by reporting it as NOT spam.

Forward the email as an attachment to isnotspam@abuse.themessaging.co

Notes:

It is important that the email is not simply forwarded, but the complete email is sent as an attachment in the .EML or .MSG format. Our systems need to see the source of the email in order to learn.

1. Either in your email program (email client) or in Webmail, select the email in question and select "Send as attachment" Send the resulting email with the attachment to: isnotspam@abuse.themessaging.co
