Other email clients
- Please refer to the instructions or support page for your chosen email client
- It is important that the email is not simply forwarded, but the complete email is sent as an attachment in the .EML or .MSG format
- Once the email is drafted and the spam message attached, send the email to: isspam@abuse.themessaging.co

Errors when reporting spam
If you receive an error when reporting spam to us, for example:
- The mail server responded: msg-202: Rejected as SPAM..

The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: 'isspam@abuse.themessaging.co' on DD-Mmm-YY HH:MM 550 msg-202: Rejected as SPAM.
This errors messages occur if you forward a spam email to isspam@abuse.themessaging.co as the email platform thinks you are sending spam.
