1. Please refer to the instructions or support page for your chosen email client
2. It is important that the email is not simply forwarded, but the complete email is sent as an attachment in the .EML or .MSG format
3. Once the email is drafted and the spam message attached, send the email to: isspam@abuse.themessaging.co

Errors when reporting spam

If you receive an error when reporting spam to us, for example:

• The mail server responded: msg-202: Rejected as SPAM..
  
  

• The following recipient(s) cannot be reached: 'isspam@abuse.themessaging.co' on DD-Mmm-YY HH:MM 550 msg-202: Rejected as SPAM.
  
  
  
  

This errors messages occur if you forward a spam email to isspam@abuse.themessaging.co as the email platform thinks you are sending spam.
