Depending on the saved payment methods you previously supplied to us, they may be automatically updated without the need to update this manually.
Some financial institutions when they issue you a new card will automatically notify payment service providers of your new card details, saving you the need to contact each service you use your card with.
This process does not expose your card details to our staff or anyone else, these are as always stored securely with our payment service provider. We use a PCI-DSS Level 1 service provider certified as compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) v4.0.
Not sure if your payment details have been updated?
We do not recommend solely relying on your financial institution to update your details.
Not all financial institutions will update the payment method when they issue you a new card or certain circumstances where they do not process this automatically, e.g. A card being reported as stolen, you will need to update your payment method in My Account.
To avoid interruption to your email account, it is important that you update your payment information prior to your payment due date. To check or update your card information, follow this guide: Change payment method
