This guide is only for those customers that have received a service notification advising action is requried. If you have not received a service notification, please do not change your email account settings.
Prior to email accounts being transferred from your current service provider to The Messaging Company, for most email accounts this is not required, however we have identified your account settings are requried to be changed to prevent any interupption to your service.
How do you access your email?
I only use webmail
No changes are required. You can continue using your email as you to today.
I use an email app
If you use an email app such as those listed below, please select your email application for instructions on what is required. If your chosen email app is not listed, please contact support for assistance.
