To protect customer data, The Messaging Company requires customers passwords to meet the minimum complexity requirements are outlined below.

• The password cannot be the same as a recently used password
• The new password must:
  • Be at least 12 characters in length or greater
  • Contain a mix of both lower case (a,b,c, etc) and upper case (A,B,C, etc)
  • Contain at least one number (0-9)
  • Contain at least one special character (!,@,#,$, etc) 
  • Must not contain 3 repeating values, for example you cannot use AAA
