This article will walk you through how to disable two-factor authentication on Webmail.
Prerequisites
- Email Password
- Access to your current authenticator app
- Sign in to Webmail
- Select the app selector
(top left of screen)
- Select Settings
- Select Accounts
- Select DISABLE TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION (2FA)
- Enter your password in the Enter password field
- Enter your 6 digit code from your authenticator app in the Enter security code field
- Select CONFIRM
