Upgrade plan - Immediately
If you upgrade your email plan, effective immediately:
- Your new email plan's storage allowances will start immediately
- Your payment method will be immediately charged the pro rata difference between what you have already paid for your current plan and what is due for your new plan
- You will keep your existing renewal date, unless you also change your payment frequency from monthly to yearly

Sign in to webmail using your email address and password OR Sign in using a one-time code.
Once signed in, select the app selector (top left of screen), then select My Account.
- Select MANAGE or select Subscriptions from the left-side menu
- On your Current subscription, select CHANGE PLAN
- Select PAY MONTHLY or PAY YEARLY, then SELECT your new plan
- Select Now, then select OK
- Select your preferred payment method, then select PAY NOW (or PayPal)
- If you see a green "successful" message, your email plan has been successfully changed, effective immediately
Upgrade plan - At your next renewal date
If you upgrade your email plan, effective at your next renewal date:
- Your new email plan's storage allowances will only start at your next renewal date
- Your new rate will only be charged on your next renewal date

Downgrade plan - At your next renewal date
Downgrading your email plan will only take effect at the end of your current term, as subscriptions are paid in advance are not eligible for full or partial refunds. (See our Critical Information Summary.)
