If your email account is currently active, but you had requested it be cancelled at the end of your current term, it's not too late to change this request. Please follow the steps in this guide to keep your email account.

Sign in to webmail using your email address and password OR Sign in using a one-time code.
Once signed in, select the app selector (top left of screen), then select My Account.
- Select MANAGE or select Subscriptions from the left-side menu
- On your Current subscription, select STOP CANCELLATION
- If you see a green "Success" message, your cancellation has been stopped and your current plan will remain active and should renew automatically (if a valid payment method is on file at that time)
