If you want to cancel your subscription and stop using your email account, this guide will provide the steps to do this.

Cancelling your subscription will only take effect at the end of your current term, subscriptions are paid in advance and not eligible for full or partial refunds, as per our Critical Information Summary

Sign in to webmail using your email address and password OR Sign in using a one-time code.
Once signed in, select the app selector(top left of screen), then select My Account.
- Select MANAGE or select Subscriptions from the left-side menu
- On your Current subscription, select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
- Please read the important information shown on screen, if you wish to continue select YES, CANCEL
- If you see a green "Success" message, your email subscription is scheduled to be cancelled at the end of your current plan term
