If you have set up a future email plan and would now like to cancel this future plan, this guide provides the steps to do this.

Sign in to webmail using your email address and password OR Sign in using a one-time code.
Once signed in, select the app selector (top left of screen), then select My Account.
- Select MANAGE or select Subscriptions from the left-side menu
- On your Future subscription, select CANCEL FUTURE PLAN
- If you see a green "Success" message, your future plan has been cancelled and your current plan will remain active and should renew automatically (if a valid payment method is on file at that time)
