If you want to cancel your subscription and stop using your email account, this guide will provide the steps to do this.

Cancelling your subscription will only take effect at the end of your current term, subscriptions are paid in advance and not eligible for full or partial refunds, as per our Critical Information Summary
Sign in to My Account
- Enter account.themessaging.co into the address bar of your browser
- Enter your email address and password, then select SIGN IN
Sign in to My Account - Using a One time code
If you have access to your email, you can request a one-time code to access My Account to view and manage subscriptions and payments.
Prerequisites
You must have access to email in another application for the One-time code sign in option to work.
You will not be able to use this option if you do not have access to email in other another email application or if your account is suspended or account is pending deletion.

- Enter account.themessaging.co into the address bar of your browser, then select Sign in another way
- Enter the email address you are trying to access, then select SEND ONE-TIME CODE
- You will receive an email with the one-time code.

Enter the one-time code that was emailed to you, then select SIGN IN
- Once you have signed in to My Account, select MANAGE or select Subscriptions from the left-side menu
- On your Current subscription, select CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION
- Please read the important information shown on screen, if you wish to continue select YES, CANCEL
- If you see a green "Success" message, your email subscription is scheduled to be cancelled at the end of your current plan term
