If you have received a notification that your email account storage is close to full or that your storage is full, action is required to avoid or stop interruption of your service.
Why is my storage full?
- Storage usage is based on the total amount of data , including emails, contacts, calendar events, and files
- Note. Storage includes all folders for email, for example, Inbox, Sent, Trash, etc.
- The amount of storage, also referred to as storage quota, is determined by the email plan associated with your account

What options do I have when my storage is full or close to being full?
There are two options to manage your storage:

Increase your storage: Upgrade your email plan to increase the storage available for your account
