Have you sent me a payment notice?
- If the sender was noreply@themessaging.co, it was from us. If not, it was spam.

- Please note that our email plans renew at midnight AEST, but the dates in My Account are currently displayed in your local time zone.
Did the price change?
- Yes, we revised our pricing to reflect rising costs so we can continue providing a reliable service.
- The pricing change took effect on 23 February 2026 for new customers and for existing customers who change their subscription plan.
- For customers who remain on their current plan, the updated pricing will apply from their first renewal on or after 26 March 2026.
- For most customers, this represents an increase of between $0.22 and $2.04 per month, depending on their plan (Saver, Regular, or Pro) and whether they pay monthly or yearly. For a small number of customers, the increase may be higher if they were not affected by our 2025 price changes.
How much does it cost?
-
Saver/Regular/Pro plans:
- See: Pricing. (Effective 23 February 2026.)
- The difference between the plans is related to:
- Frequency of payment (monthly or yearly); and
- Storage quota.
-
Reactivation service:
- If your email account is suspended due to non-payment, a $20 reactivation service cost applies if we reactivate it before it is deleted.
-
Multiple email addresses:
- Each email address is billed and administered separately.
- We do not currently offer discounts for multiple email addresses.
- There is no charge for existing aliases.
