How to transfer ownership
- Please submit the necessary details by completing our Contact us form.
- Select Other from the Contact reason menu
Failing to provide the required documents as outlined may result in delays processing your request.
Please submit copies of the following documents:
- Statutory declaration from the current account holder
- Certified copy of identification (e.g. Drivers licence or passport)
The Declaration should include:
- The current account holder's full name, email address, date of birth, and phone number registered with the account.
- A statement requesting the service is to be transferred to the proposed account holder
- The proposed new account holder details:
- Full name
- Address
- Mobile phone number
- Confirmation that you have:
- Obtained authorisation from the proposed account holder to transfer the stated services into their name;
- AND that the proposed account holder has agreed to the Terms of service provided by the The Messaging Company as published on our website: https://themessaging.co/terms/
Statutory declaration form: Commonwealth statutory declaration form – to be made with a witness
A statutory declaration must be witnessed by an appropriately qualified person as described on the declaration.
