If you requested a one-time code to access webmail or My Account and did not receive the code, here are some things to check:
- Did you enter your email address correctly?
- Double-check the email address you entered is correct and is not an alias
- Did you enter an email address registered with us?
- Check the email address is one that is maintained by us
- Did you try again too soon?
- If you did not receive the code, please wait 3-5 minutes before requesting a new code
- Do you have auto-forwarding set up?
- If you do, the email may have been auto-forwarded to your other email address
- Do you have email rules set up?
- If you have email rules, the one-time code email may have been placed into a different folder.
- Did you enter the code incorrectly?
- If you enter the one-time code incorrectly, you will need to request a new code
- Did you request the code more than 15 minutes ago?
- The one-time code is only valid for 15 minutes, if the code has expired you will need to request a new code
