1. Open the Settings app

2. Scroll down and select Privacy and Security

   

3. Select Blocked Contacts

   

4. Select Unknown

   

5. Select our trusted phone number from the list of blocked contacts

6. Select Unblock Contact
7. Our SMS now appears in your conversation list

1. Open the Google Messages app
2. Tap on your Profile photo or Icon

3. Select Spam & Blocked

   

4. Select the SMS or text message (trusted phone number) from the list of blocked messages

5. Select Unblock
6. Our SMS now appears in your conversation list

How to check spam text messages/SMS on mobile phones

iPhone

1. Open the Messages app

   

2. Select the Filter at the top right of the conversation list, then select Spam

   

3. Text messages that are classified as spam will show up
4. Select the SMS or text messages from The Messaging Company, then tap Not Spam
5. Our SMS now appears in your conversation list

Android

1. Open the Google Messages app
2. Tap on your Profile photo or Icon

3. Then select Spam & Blocked

   

4. Select the SMS or text messages from The Messaging Company, then tap Not Spam
5. Our SMS now appears in your conversation list
