Check the message is legitimate and was sent from The Messaging Company.
- Check that the message was sent from +61429157133.
- The Messaging Company will not send links to change your password.
If the message was not sent from our phone number above or contains links, it is not legitimate.

Depending on the message you received, please follow the relevant actions below.
If you have not recently changed your password
If you know your current password
- Enter webmail.themessagingco.com.au into the address bar of your browser
- Enter your email address and password, then select SIGN IN
- Follow the on-screen prompts to change your password
If you do NOT know your current password (and you registered with a mobile number)
- Enter webmail.themessagingco.com.au into the address bar of your browser
- Select Reset my password
- Follow the on-screen prompts to reset your password
If your account has been locked
- Reset your password by following this guide: Reset password / Unable to sign in
- Your account will be unlocked as soon as the password reset has been completed
- Once completed be sure to update your password in any applications you using to access your email. Ensuring you update the password in both the incoming and outgoing settings.
