If you still need to contact the support team, Tim can process this for you. This is typically the best way to start a support request as Tim will capture the information required so we can process your support request efficiently.

If you are unable to submit a request via Tim, you can email us directly. Please include the full nature of the support you require including;
- Description of the support you require
- Any error messages or issues (provide the error message in full)
- Where relevant, and possible, a screenshot or attach the email containing the relevant information
- Where possible send the email from the email address you require support with. This allows us to process your request more efficiently
