As your email is managed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), please contact your current ISP for support.
After transfer
Your current password will continue to work, until such time as you change your password.
If you change your password in Webmail, this will be your new password moving forward to access your email. This will NOT change or affect your password for other services with your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

How do I know if my email account has been transferred?
After completing the sign-up process to transfer your email account to The Messaging Company, you will receive an email advising once your account has been transferred.
Prior to being transferred, your email service is provided by your current email provider. Once you receive an email notification from us advising your account has been transferred, we will then be providing your email service and full support for your account.
