Before migration:
As your email is managed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP), please contact your current ISP for support.
After migration:
Your current Internet Service Provider (ISP) password will continue to work, until such time as you change your password.
If you change your password in Webmail, this will be your new password moving forward to access your email. This will NOT change or affect your ISP service.
If you change your password with your ISP, this will NOT change your password for email. If you wish to set a new password for email, please follow this guid: Change your password in Webmail
