If you requested a one-time SMS code and did not receive the code, please check:
- Did you enter your mobile phone number correctly?
- Double-check the mobile phone number you entered is correct
- Did you try again too soon?
- Please wait 15 minutes before requesting a new code
- Are you eligible to receive an SMS code?
- If you were asked for your email address as part of the process, be sure you input an email address managed by us, or one that is eligible to sign up with us
If you received an SMS code but our system is not accepting the code, please check:
- Did you enter the code incorrectly?
- If you enter the one-time SMS code incorrectly, you will need to request a new code
- Did you request multiple SMS codes?
- If you requested/received multiple SMS codes, please input the most recent code
- Did you request the code more than 15 minutes ago?
- The code has likely expired and you will need to request a new code
